Shipping and Returns
Domestic Shipping:
Included in your purchase price we offer FREE USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (1-4 days) on any order to the U.S., most military and all U.S. territories. - Priority (1-3 days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) shipping services are also available at current USPS rates. Please note that Express Mail orders must be in by 12:00 noon in order to be shipped by 2:30 PM the same day (USPS deadline). Express Mail service is not available to all areas, please check the USPS.com website to make sure your address qualifies for this service.
International Shipping:
We offer *First Class Package International and Priority Mail International services only. Priority Mail Express International is not an option because it is way too expensive and it will not put your order there any faster. Please note that a phone number is mandatory for international orders.
*First Class Package International costs $20 for up to 8 OZ ( 4 caps or less ) and $35.00 for 2 LBS or less. This is probably the best option because once the package gets to your country it is usually treated the same as any other package.
At BikeWearhouse we believe that when shopping on the web everyone is entitled to change their mind for whatever reason. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a 100% refund, including the original shipping. However there are some guidelines that we ask you adhere to when receiving your product:
Returns:
If you purchase a garment and you try it on please be sure that you are nice and dry and cologne free when trying it on. • We ask that you do not ride in the garments before returning them.. • Please do not remove the hang-tags from the garment as these will quickly disappear when the two are separated. • Please be sure and contact us so we can provide you with a, RA (return authorization) number – RA# and a ship to address.
Please note that there is a 30 day return policy for exchange or refund in effect pending inspection of garments returned. We will not accept returns after 30 days for any reason.
