Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE USPS First Class (1-4 days), Priority (1-3 days), and Priority Mail Express shipping services. Please note that Express Mail orders must be in by 12:00 noon in order to be shipped by 2:30 PM the same day (USPS deadline). Express Mail service is not available to all areas, please check the USPS.com website to make sure your address qualifies for this service.
International Shipping: We offer First Class Package International and Priority Mail International services only. Priority Mail Express International is not an option because it is way too expensive and it will not put your order there any faster. Please note that a phone number will be most helpful on your package if it does get lost in your country so please try and provide one for us.

At BikeWearhouse we believe that when shopping on the web everyone is entittled to change their mind for whatever reason. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a 100% refund, including the original shipping. However there are some guidelines that we ask you adhere to when receiving your product:
• If you purchase a garment and you try it on please be sure that you are nice and dry and cologne free when trying it on.
• We ask that you do not ride in the garments before returning them..
• Please do not remove the hang-tags from the garment as these will quickly disappear when the two are separated.
• When returning a garment please be sure and contact us so we can provide you with a, RA (return authorization) number – RA#
Once you receive an RA # please return the garment to the following address and include the RA # as part of the address.
Please note that there is a 30 day return policy for exchange or refund in effect. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit only pending inspection of garments returned. We will not accept returns after 60 days for any reason.
