PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid, no exceptions. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not charge your credit card until your order actually ships out. When using PayPal we will not ship out any order until your payment has cleared. All information on your credit card must match correctly in order to process your order. Your name as it appears on the card, address, and the “Card Verification Code" (CVC) or "Card Verification Value" (CVV) (this is the 3 digit code found on the back of your card) must all match correctly in order to process the card. We will not accept any foreign orders using a card with a USA address, no exceptions.
SALES TAX
Only shipments to California addresses will be charged an additional 7.75% for sales tax.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any pricing errors. We will always try and stock all items on our site, you will be contacted if any item(s) you ordered is(are) not available in order to discuss options.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We will accept any returns for credit or exchanges as long as the items have not been worn. If the items have been worn, then we cannot accept them for credit or exchange, only for repairs. Please do not try on any items right after riding. Try and be cool and dry when trying on any new garments. Please note that according to the California Health Department, all items must be washed if previously worn. We do not refund any customer for any shipping and handling costs to send in an item. Exchanges or repairs will be sent at no charge to you. To return merchandise, you will need an RA#(Return Authorization). Just send an email to info@BikeWearhouse.com or call us at 1.949.683.2253. Please allow one to two weeks to process any repairs, replacements or credits.

Most orders are shipped the same day when placed before 11:00 AM PST - If an item is not available or we are unable to ship by the next business day, we will contact you with information and options. No orders will be shipped until payment has been verified and cleared. The ship to address can be different than the billing address as long as the billing address is verified by the credit card company. Shipping times vary for First Class depending on where you are, 2-3 days for the West Coast, 3-4 for the Midwest and Texas, 4-5 for the east Coast, Florida and 5-7 for most U.S. Territories, if you are in Puerto Rico be sure to include your Urbanization and don't forget your postal code.

We have made our rates very reasonable and we hope that you will choose Priority Mail or even Express mail whenever possible, especially if you are purchasing multiple items. Priority and Express Mail are much safer and in most countries are given preferential treatment as they would here in the USA. Shipping times vary depending on the service used and the country - For First Class most packages will usually take from 5 to 7 business days. Priority Mail 3-5 days and Express Mail 2-3 days. There have been instances where packages have taken much longer especially when First Class is used.
Please note that all packages are shipped as "other" or "merchandise" and an invoice is included inside every package. Items are valued on the Customs form at what they are worth if we had to replace them, which is lower than the value on the invoice usually about 1/2 - If any of this will cause a problem let us know and we will follow your instructions for customs in your country. Please note that most countries charge taxes and duties, please contact customs or the post office in your country for more details.
